Air Cushion is an inflatable dynamic balloon, mimicking both the movement and the shape of the Gym balls.  It can be used on floor to strengthen lower body muscles and to train for balance as well.  One side of the cushion is pimple-studded while the other side is more gently textured to provide the users with different sensations to enhance the sense of touch and coordination.
